I am currently working on projects in the energy, consumer and family violence sectors focussing on operational and advocacy strategy, national policy and legislative reform.

  • Chair, Consumer Panel, Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner - The Panel is a group of experts that provides rich and nuanced consumer perspectives on the activities of the VLSB+C and the legal profession more broadly.

  • Chair, Hope Street Youth and Family Services - Hope Street provides wrap around, trauma-informed accomodation and support to young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

  • Consumer affairs agony aunt, The Guardian - I respond to reader questions about the Australian Consumer Law and related matters, translating policy and legislation to provide factual advice so that readers can better understand their rights and make informed decisions.

  • Understanding the Energy Divide, a data analysis and reporting tool for monitoring energy access and affordability across Australia for Energy Consumers Australia (2023)

  • A future state analysis for implementation of the Royal Commission Into Mental Health, to support the design of health-led service responses to mental health crises, identifying changes needed to facilitate the transition (2022)

  • Review of the Victorian concessions scheme, including recommendations for modernisation and budget efficiencies (2022)

  • A Regulatory Impact Statement for the establishment of the Victorian Social Services Regulator (2022)

  • Getting to Fair, the first consumer vulnerability strategy developed for the Essential Services Commission (2020)
